According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2005 Q2, the average weekly wage for Vermont was $645. Among all Vermont counties, Chittenden County had the highest average weekly wage ($741), followed by Washington County ($644), and Addison County ($626).

On the other hand, Grand Isle County had the lowest average weekly wage ($474), followed by Orleans County ($527), and Caledonia County ($533).
