According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2009 Q4, the average weekly wage for Texas was $945. Among all Texas counties, Carson County had the highest average weekly wage ($1.40K), followed by Harris County ($1.20K), and Dallas County ($1.13K).
On the other hand, Delta County had the lowest average weekly wage ($460), followed by Zavala County ($461), and Foard County ($462).
