According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2016 Q4, the average weekly wage for South Dakota was $828. Among all South Dakota counties, Union County had the highest average weekly wage ($1.18K), followed by Lincoln County ($958), and Minnehaha County ($921).
On the other hand, Mellette County had the lowest average weekly wage ($532), followed by Jackson County ($569), and Jones County ($586).
