By Race: As a percentage of the total number of households that received SNAP or Food Stamps, the White Alone racial group constituted 58.24%; the Black Alone racial group constituted 33.54%, and the Two or More Races racial group constituted 4.71%.
By Ethnicity: As a percentage of the total number of households that received Food Stamps or SNAP, the Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group constituted 55.93%, and the Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group constituted 5.00%.
Percentage of Each Racial Group's Households that Received SNAP: 9.18% of White Alone households received Food Stamps or SNAP; 31.96% of Black Alone households received SNAP; and 19.85% of Two or More Races households received SNAP.
