Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the Poverty Rate for Minnesota was 9.23%. Among all Minnesota counties, Mahnomen County had the highest poverty rate (21.07%), followed by Beltrami County (16.83%), and Blue Earth County (16.34%). On the other hand, the following 3 counties had the lowest poverty rate: Carver County (3.8%), Washington County (4.21%), and Scott County (4.64%).
