Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the Poverty Rate for the Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group in Ohio was 10.3%. Among all Ohio counties, the Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest poverty rate in Athens County (24.82%), followed by Scioto County (23.45%), and Meigs County (20.15%). On the other hand, the Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the lowest poverty rate in the following 3 counties: Delaware County (4.29%), Warren County (4.45%), and Union County (4.76%).
