Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of White Alone households in North Dakota with household income of Less than $40K was 27.04%. Among all North Dakota counties, Eddy County had the highest percentage of White Alone households with household income of Less than $40K (44.52%), followed by Adams County (40.78%), and Towner County (39.12%).

On the other hand, the following 3 counties had low percentages of White Alone households with household income of Less than $40K: Mountrail County (17.81%), Billings County (18.03%), and Burke County (19.47%).
