Among all Pennsylvania cities and places with a population of at least 10K, Johnstown city had the highest percentage of households with household income of Less than $40K (65.20%), followed by McKeesport city (59.08%), and Indiana borough (55.18%).
On the other hand, the following 3 cities and places had low percentages of households with household income of Less than $40K: Franklin Park borough (8.04%), Montgomeryville CDP (13.78%), and Murrysville municipality (15.02%).
