Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of White Alone households in Washington with household income of Less than $40K was 21.96%. Among all Washington cities and places with a population of at least 10K, Pullman city had the highest percentage of White Alone households with household income of Less than $40K (51.61%), followed by Aberdeen city (48.68%), and Cheney city (47.52%).

On the other hand, the following 3 cities had low percentages of White Alone households with household income of Less than $40K: Snoqualmie city (1.73%), Cottage Lake CDP (4.08%), and Sammamish city (4.50%).
