Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of White Alone households in North Dakota with household income of Less than $40K was 27.04%. Among all North Dakota cities and places with a population of at least 10K, Jamestown city had the highest percentage of White Alone households with household income of Less than $40K (40.74%), followed by Grand Forks city (36.76%), and Fargo city (30.02%).

On the other hand, the following 3 cities had low percentages of White Alone households with household income of Less than $40K: West Fargo city (14.83%), Williston city (24.13%), and Mandan city (24.74%).
