Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the number of employed US civilians (16 years and over) who were employed as Civil engineers was 419,028 (i.e. 0.27% of all civilian employees). Among those employed as Civil engineers, 84.10% were Males, and 15.91% were Females.
