Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the number of employed US civilians (16 years and over) who were employed as Bartenders was 429,186 (i.e. 0.27% of all civilian employees). Among those employed as Bartenders, 41.95% were Males, and 58.06% were Females.
The median earnings for all Bartenders was $32,318, which was 64.83% less than the median earnings for all US civilian employees. The median earnings of Female Bartenders was 23.6% less than that of their male counterparts.
